Got another exercise video today and will be showing you how to do the barbell squat. This exercise is fundamental for growing your legs and definitely should be in your leg workouts. I will be showing you bad form compared to good form. Remember to sit back like you are sitting in a chair and then push up through your heels while maintaining a straight back.
