Hey Ji Time Fam,
Today I will be showing you how to perform the Goblet Squat and showing you bad form compared to good form. It is an awesome exercise for glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps so make sure to include this exercise in your workout routines especially if you have low back problems since it is much easier on your back compared to the squat.
