I've been getting a lot of requests recently for ab workouts, so here we go.
For most people the lower abs are more difficult then the upper exercises and it's usually because people are counting reps rather than concentrating on contracting their abs.
In this two part video (second part in a few days) I'm going to show you 5 exercises that target the upper, lower and the obliques to achieve the results you are looking for.
