This is my first time training with gymnastic rings (just got them last week). My form may not be the best, but as a rookie, I can say that gymnastic rings are no joke! Definitely something I'm gonna be working on a lot. I included some pull-up bar into this. This is a great workout if you're just getting started on gymnastic rings. I'm a novice as well, so I'm trying to build up strength. My goal for right now with rings is to learn a ring muscle-up.
