I call it a Functional Workout effective for conditioning and getting pumped as well. This sort of routine will increase your muscle endurance and thus, it will make you stronger.
The Workout: lower the reps to make it easier
- 4 Cycles of 10 Pull-Ups and 20 Dips
** switch the pull grip to make the movement dynamic and also work without explosion like you saw in the video (2 sets with 2 sets).
