Pulao Masala Prep : 2 Tablespoon Cumin, a few green cardamom, few black cardamom
Veal or Mutton with Bones : 1 KG
Onions (Medium Size) : 4
Salt : 1 and half Tablespoon
Pulao Masala : 1 Tablespoon
Garlic : 2 Cloves
Sesame Oil : 3 Tablespoon
Water : 900ML
Pulao MAsala : 1 Tablespoon
Hot Sesame Oil : 100ML
Serve with Fresh Bitter Oranges or Lemons and Pickled Veg (Achar)
