In this video, Josh and I do a very effective bicep and tricep workout in only 14 minutes using only 2 sets of dumbbells and a E-Z Curl Bar. I know that we all have busy lives and sometimes we don't have the time to workout, so that's why I am starting this series that are going to include shorter workouts with me working out with you.
