My training for the day. After a good foam roll and dynamic warm up I get into throwing, some linear speed drills, an agility drill (5-10-5). Then I get into some later explosive work using a resistance band before doing the rotational power throws using a medicine ball. I also do some basic plyometric drills for developing elasticity in the muscle.
