In this video I will show you how to make an easy store quality Japanese Cheesecake (日式芝士蛋糕/日本のチーズケーキ) at home. Ingredient list and recipe below!
*A tip to minimise shrinkage is to bake the cheesecake at the lowest oven shelf, at 140C° for 55 mins, then left to cool in the oven with the door open ajar.
