My current experience, after three years of Restless Leg Syndrome, which has escalated over time from mild discomfort and restlessness, to frequent muscle spasms in my right leg. Video time elapsed over 10 minutes.

Gatorade before sleep (electrolytes)
Magnesium
Tonic water (trace quinine)
Ropinirole
Gabapentin (helped restlessness but not as much to stop onset of nightly spams at bedtime, stopped taking 8/16 after began making day
