The gymnastic rings are the ultimate tool for upper body strength and mobility training. This is a routine I use as more of a "bodybuilding" emphasis. These movements are less complex and taxing than some of the more intermediate - advanced ring skills. This a great workout to strengthen muscles and connnective tissues.
