Hey guys,
Today I will be showing you a home back workout that requires no equipment or weights. You can do this back workout at home on the ground and use a towel. Repeat for 3 rounds with 3 minutes of rest in between the rounds. These 5 back exercise you can do at home. Do each for 30 seconds each and rest for 10 seconds.
Concentrate on the squeeze of the muscle and it will definitely be burning.
