(1st Circuit)
* Underhand Barbell Row - 10-15 reps (Get A Deep Stretch)
* Bent Over Dumbbell Row - 10-15 reps (Squeeze your entire back)
* Bent Over Dumbbell Back Fly - 10-15 reps
REST FOR 90 SECONDS REPEAT 1 MORE TIME
(2nd Circuit)
* Incline Bench Dumbbell Row - 10-15 reps
