Largo announced that it achieved first production at the Maracas Vanadium Project in August, 2014 and ramp-up is now underway.
In this video, see molten V2O5 discharging from the fusion furnace and being cooled on the cooling table. Once cooled, the material is crushed into flake by a roll crusher and then taken by conveyor to be bagged for shipment.
