A pretty boring video..10/1/12 but it marks my first ever Foot Rehab Session after completely breaking and displacing my Navicular Bone in my left foot. It took 10 weeks in a cast and a lot of rehab/physio to get back all the mobilisation and flexibility within the foot. This session took place in Bisham Abbey at the Olympic Injury Clinic. I can't even begin to explain how much these exercises helped me to get back running again! :)
