Aeroacoustic field about a triangle in inviscid compressible flow. Density fluctuations are shown in the nondimensional range 0.99-1.01. The simulation is performed using Discontinuous Galerkin Finite Element Discretization of two-dimensional compressible Euler equations with hp refinement of elements with order of accuracy of 4 to 9.
