Today we are learning one of the 1st flows I stated working on when I was younger. The Body Glide Flow. It is an easy way to add some speed and momentum to your dancing and also teaches you how to control it. This is a little different from the Power Move called the "Body Glide" but basically plays off of it. In the future we will be learning how to do the power move version as well. Add it to your flow and enjoy!!!
