INGREDIENTS:
250g Butter (soften at room temperature)
1 Egg (whole)
1 Egg White
1 cup Sugar
1/2 Cup fresh Orange juice
1/2 tbsp Orange zest
4 cups (700g) Plain flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
Egg wash the top:
1 Egg yolk
1 tbsp Yogurt
Bake at 170'C for 25 minutes
It can be kept for up to 3 months on the air tight container on the bench top or fridge
