BMW has just revealed the new 5 Series. It shares many of its parts and design with the larger 7 Series luxury car. It's longer and wider than the current BMW 5 Series and slightly larger than the Mercedes E-Class, though only by the smallest of margins.
However, the 5 Series looks set to trump the tech found on the E-Class while making the ageing Audi A6 seem archaic.
