Ingredients:
1 cup black rice
2 cups water
1 cup coconut milk
a pinch of salt
3 tbsp palm sugar
your choice of fruit
coconut flake
Instructions:
1. Rinse and drain black rice.
2. combine black rice, water, coconut milk and salt in a sauce pan, then bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
3. let it cool and serve with your choice of fruit and additional coconut milk.
