Jefferson curl(gymnastics) - 30 day challenge
I while ago I asked for some feedback on a 30 day challenge I should do. I had a few good ideas like being a vegan for 30 days, no training for 30 days etc. I ended up choosing a gymnastic movement called the Jefferson curl. My hamstring flexibility went through the roof, In my opinion it would have to be the best posterior exercise you can do. Got any other 30 day challenges for me to try? let me know below :)
