Two riggers holding tag lines at both ends were helping a portable crane operator to unload steel beams from trailer. One of the riggers paused to talk with the supervisor. Unfortunately, the rigger was standing inside the swing radius created by the movement of the counterweight. The crane swung around and fatally crushed the rigger.
