This is my jump training workout from the end of November, 2016. This vertical jump session focused on speed, high intensity plyometrics, jumping volume, and rate of force development (RFD) through Olympic lifting. This is at the end of my 1st month of resuming jump training, so I'm gradually increasing the intensity every week. It felt great to push harder again!
