This video is about CNC machining a Soccer Ball. This CNC machining test was carried out by OneCNC Research Department as an exercise to completely test the accuracy of an overall system. The Research department could have machined this part on a lathe but especially chose to make the soccer ball using a 5 axis machining centre to test the accuracy of the OneCNC database by creating segments and then copying and rotating them about the axis to form a soccer ball.
