Spin test preparation and flight of Yankee. The Langley Stall/Spin Program for General Aviation Aircraft that was conducted from 1973-1979. Participants were Sammy Mason, a well-known test pilot, who wrote a book on the subject of spins and spin recovery for private pilots. Jim Patton, retired Langley test pilot who was a key person in the NASA program, and Harry P. "Paul" Stough, who retired from Langley in 2012.
