UPDATE!!!
In the Anniversary update of Windows 10, you no longer need all these steps!
Just grab the link with fiddler, download it; enable developer mode and simply double click the downloaded .appx file!!!

The proccess is pretty similar to the one in Windows 8.1 but it's quite simplier in Windows 10!
