For gear use the silver craftsman's clothes when semi-AFK processing to speed it up as well as Couscous food. At night use weight gear (3-set Hercules, Zereth chest, weight crystals in all but helm, a good belt) to increase the amount you can process.
Level to Artisan 2 or 3 using Cotton and Flax. Cotton can be sold afterwards, use Flax only if you can't get enough cotton or you want to build sailboats. S
