The UN Security Council has condemned North Korea’s latest missile test. At an emergency closed-door session, members called on each other to fully implement the sanctions on North Korea. The meeting came after North Korea fired a ballistic missile over Japan on Friday. It looks as though the current sanctions and military drills are failing to bring about a positive breakthrough on the peninsula.
