This is a guide on unlocking the Moonspirit Artifact Appearance. I couldn't find one, so I recorded my experience with it.
- Reach Artifact Knowledge lvl 4
- Wait for screeches in Emerald Dreamway. You'll see an emote after porting there. The screeches are random and it may not pop.
- Go through screeched portal and locate the owlstone
- Obtain all 3 stones - 1 from Feralas, Duskwood and Hinterlands
- Ela'lothan should be in the Dreamway. /sit beside him
- Enjoy your owlkitty!
