Clark County's newest energy initiative is district heating for the downtown campus. Building on previous projects to increase the energy efficiency of county buildings, we are trying to be more sustainable and efficient by switching to a renewable energy source. We are studying the feasibility of a combined heat and power plant fueled by forested biomass.
