Craft a Level 10 Item.
To craft a level 10 item, you need to first be level 10 and have a schematic for a level 10 item. The way I will be showing you, involves the "Master Assassin Gauntlets" for Evie. You get the schematic for this late in the main story. You need a bluestone to upgrade it however, and this can be found in a chest in Lambeth. once you have it, you then want to go to your crafting menu to craft it (do note it requires £10000, 150 leather and 100
