Preston Stroud's replication of Kenneth Claypool's Gravity Propelled Generator. His US pattent application # 11/649,457 on Jan 3, 2007 describes this as another perpetual motion free energy device. It is based on a pendulum that moves on rails hitting stops on both ends. This is stated to cause it to retain the pendulum's swing and not stop. It should have extra power that can run a generator as the pendulum swings. Kenneth Claypool is in Storm Lake, IA 50588 in the US.
