Purpose: This video was produced and presented at an open house style public meeting hosted by the Port of Houston Authority and Port of Galveston. This video presented the study process, considerations, alternatives, and community engagement related to the conceptual planning study for a container terminal on Pelican Island in Galveston, Texas.
