It's time to build our first model in Laravel! We have learned about the V (view) and the C (controller) so far in our tutorial series, but now it's time to finish it out by working with the M (Models).
First we take a small divergence to explore the basics of databases for those of you that might be new. This is not a comprehensive course on databases but i make sure to explore what is needed to complete this course.
