Blocked pumps are a huge problem at utility provider Anglian Water, they spend £15 millon per year resolving these blockages which can cause customer and environmental impacts as well as commercial costs.
Anglian Water's "Keep it Clear" campaign works to educate the general public to prevent blockages but they are working closely with Siemens, using SIMOCODE which can pro-actively work to clean pumps and prevent blockages.
