Ancient Wyvern is a boss located in the secret area of Dark Souls 3.
Location: Archdragon Peak
Rewards: Dragon Head Stone, Souls
There is no need to fight the boss directly, simply move past him, to the left and up the ledge, wait for him to breathe fire and lower his head. Then jump on him and do a plunging attack, and that is how you fight an ancient wyvern!
