Boil 1-litre of vinegar with 4 teaspoons of baking soda until 90% of the water evaporates. This will be a saturated solution. Place it in a glass for 6 hours to cool. Then sprinkle a few grains of baking soda and immediately you will be see crystals being formed. Being an exothermic reaction the glass will be hot. Remove this HOT ice with a spoon.
