President Donald Trump welcomed Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, the crown prince of Abu Dhabi, to the White House on Monday, ahead of his so-called “tolerance tour” of Saudi Arabia, Israel and the Vatican. Saudi Arabia is expected to announce that it plans to invest as much as $4 billion in the United States for infrastructure conflicts.
