Ingredients:
For 1 Serving
Big Banana 1
Oats 2 tablespoon
Chia seeds 1 tablespoon if you are using basil seeds use 1/2 teaspoon soaked with 3 tablespoon water
Honey 2 tablespoon / or you can use sugar also
Vanilla 1/2 teaspoon also you can add cinnamon powder also
Milk 1 cup
