In this part we acquire a new ability from the magical weird lady and then we pop over to the Prisons and watch some people horribly die/turned to sand stones,
After that we then jog to a sewer and look for some turtles, no turtles to be found unfortunately although, there were a lot of bad guys, and a bad guy which spawned more bad guys, so that was fun.
