More hopefuls, including former president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad have turned up to register their candidacy for Iran’s upcoming presidential election.
Ahmadinejad was accompanied by his close aide Hamid Baqaei, who also signed up for the race. After registering, Ahmadinejad said he has stepped in to support Baqaei.
