This tutorial demonstrates how to setup a CFD simulation for boiling water using Multiphase method and and energy equation on Fluent ANSYS. 3 fluid phases have been incorporated in the simulation:
-Air
-Liquid water
-Vapor water
Mass transfer has been used in the simulation to show evaporation due to existing heat source - constant temperature.
