you need
1.driver
2.tools
3.firmware file
download from above link
extract all files in one folder
go to -SP Flash Tool v5.1352.01- folder
open flash_tool
click on (scatter-loading)
go to Y600-U20V100R001C435B012_DCC folder and open MT6572_Android_scatter.txt file
click on download
perss and hold vol up button and insert usb cable
wait some munites
