Some 1,200 Romanian and US soldiers took part in military drills at the Capu Midia Firing Range near Constanta off the Black Sea, Saturday. The amphibious ferry-class dock landing ship USS Carter Hall, LCAC Landing Craft Air Cushion and Assault Amphibious Vehicles (AAV-7s) were deployed in the 'Spring Storm' 17 naval drills. Romania forces also deployed the use of MiG-21 aircraft and IAR 330 Puma helicopter.
