ESAB's SuperPulse is a modified pulsed spray transfer ("pulsed MIG") technology that combines two separate waveforms so that users can tailor the process to their application. Benefits include adjusting heat input, travel speed, bead appearance - notably adjusting the spacing between the "stacked dimes" - and the ability to use a single, larger wire diameter across a broad range of metal thickness, especially with aluminum.
