I had made this tutorial to show you that how to solve the Java error code 1603 while installing Java components.
so, to resolve the Java error code 1603 ,
first uninstall all the component of Java like Java Runtime Environment, Java Development kit etc.
To uninstall Java Component first go to the "Control Panel" then go to the "programs" then go to "uninstall a program".
Now, in the program list find all the java components and uninstall all the components one by one.
