My ASRock P4S55FX+ had boot problems. Seems there were 12 green Taicon 1000uF 6.3V capacitors that were bulging and leaking. I replaced with United Chemi-Con (UCC) KZE series electrolytic cap. These have high current rating, low impedance and are rated for 105C operation. MB works great now with new caps. Nichicon HE is also good.
1. Use solder wick to remove excess solder of bad cap.
2. Heat each lead and pull cap out while pulling.
3. Use solder wick to clean hole on top and bottom once cap is out.
