Avyn's amazing birth. I never knew cesarean birth could be so beautiful and I got to see it all. He was placed skin to skin on my chest immediately and nursed while I was sewn up. He even stayed there while they wheeled me to recovery. I'm so thankful to my OB for hearing me out and performing her 1st gentle cesarean including delayed cord clamping/milking...which she now will be offering to all of her cesarean patients!
