Garlic Parmesan–Baked Carrot Fries

INGREDIENTS
2 carrots
1 tablespoon oil
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
Dipping Sauce
2 tablespoons greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F/200˚C.
Slice the top and bottom off of carrots then slice them in half, slice each half into thirds
