فعل های دو قسمتی به دو دسته جدا شدنی و یکپارچه تقسیم میشوند. در دسته فعل های جدا شدنی مفعول جمله میتواند در میان دو قسمت فعل ظاهر شود اما در فعل های دو قسمتی یکپارچه این امکان وجود ندارد.
Separable phrasal verbs are transitive (they can take a direct object), and the direct object can separate the verb and the adverb (or preposition). Inseparable phrasal verbs on the other hand are the ones that an object can't seat between the two parts of the verb.
